อธิบาย: ในข้อนี้มีข้อที่น่าสนใจอยู่ 2 ข้อ คือข้อ 1 และข้อ 2 แต่ทว่าต้องตอบข้อ 2 ก็เพราะ บทสนทนาปูทางมาว่าต้องใช้กริยา go
ซึ่งเป็นคำถามจากแมรี่แต่แรกแล้วว่า “Did everything go OK ….? เพราะฉะนั้นแล้วคำตอบจึงต้องเป็นกริยา go เช่นกัน
แต่ว่าเป็นการเล่าถึงเรื่องในอดีต ทำให้ต้องเปลี่ยนจาก go เป็น went (go, went, gone)
